Efe Fagbeja is a Writer and a Women's Coach who specializes in soft skills such as Emotional Intelligence, Leadership and Self-Discovery. 

She has been speaking on women issues for about 2 decades, as well as coaching women on how to navigate social challenges by taking personal charge of their lives and circumstances. 

She runs an NGO which supports widows, single mothers, victims of domestic violence and indigent women in Nigeria. 

Efe has over 2 decades of professional experience spanning roles in Supply Chain Management, HR, Sales, Market Research, and Entrepreneurship. She has a Bsc in Economics, an MA in International Business, and is a certified Emotional Intelligence practitioner. 

She has written 4 books to date.
