Edina Adler, MA, LCSW, is a former educator and mediator who has worked with individuals, couples, children and families for over 25 years. She is trained in research-based approaches including the Gottman Method, Terry Real’s Relational Life method, Bader-Pearson’s Developmental Model, Dr. Diane Poole Heller’s trauma-informed/attachment-focused method, Non-Violent Communication, mindfulness & expressive arts therapies. She practices meditation and has studied a variety of wisdom traditions.
