As the founder of Ebonize Me, Ebony works with individuals, leaders, and organizations to strengthen how people lead, communicate, adapt, perform, and grow. Her approach focuses on identifying the human factors that influence performance and turning those insights into practical strategies that improve leadership effectiveness, workplace culture, team performance, and organizational outcomes.

With more than a decade of leadership experience, Ebony has led teams, supported organizational growth, developed people, facilitated change, and helped businesses improve performance across a variety of environments. Her experience spans leadership development, business strategy, team performance, coaching, facilitation, organizational effectiveness, and executive decision-making.

She is a certified Emotional Intelligence Coach, Cognitive Behavior Coach, and Professional Workshop Facilitator, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership, where her research explores the personal and organizational consequences of sustained achievement striving among high-achieving leaders.
