Deb is an energetic and engaging speaker with a great sense of humor, who brings many years of experience consulting, speaking, and conducting training programs all over the US as well as in Kenya, Nigeria, Zambia, Jordan, Croatia, and the United Arab Emirates. 

She taught for the Executive Management Institute and the Small Business Development Center in the School of Business at the University of Wisconsin- Madison for 30 years. Deb earned her Master’s Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

She is looking for both virtual and onsite speaking opportunities and can speak on assertiveness, employee motivation, delegation, team building, change management, presentation skills, interpersonal communication, conflict management, and customer service.
