Dean Rasmussen (He/They) is a life coach, Positive Intelligence (PQ) coach, and inclusive leadership consultant who helps individuals cultivate a deep sense of belonging within themselves and in the spaces they lead. His work centers on the belief that meaningful leadership and lasting impact begin from the inside out.

Drawing from his background in HR, DEI, and organizational culture—as well as his lived experience as a queer transgender man who transitioned at 40 after raising five children—Dean brings a grounded, human approach to personal and professional growth. He supports clients in quieting self-sabotage, strengthening emotional resilience, and leading with authenticity and intention.

Through coaching, workshops, and his transformative frameworks, Dean empowers underrepresented leaders to build confidence, foster connection, and create environments where people feel safe, seen, and able to thrive—starting with themselves.
