Having 25 years of experience in multiple Information Technology roles. Darren has gained experience in Digital Transformation and Business Strategy Implementation. From both an IT perspective but also from a business perspective in different industries. 

He has translated this into his work as a Mergers and Acquisitions Consultant, specialising in the systematisation and stabilisation of businesses, before transforming them using digital solutions. This experience is also brought to bear in assisting business owners to plan successful exits from their businesses. Using business strategy implementation to drive the business forward in preparation for a safe and profitable transition to the new owners.
