Consuela Chapman is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist, and Coach.  She has experience in a variety of different practice areas that include: Hospice and Home Health, PRTF, Corrections, and the Military.  Consuela is a native of Fayetteville North Carolina and a graduate of Fayetteville State Accredited School of Social Work.  She currently lives and practices at Choices In Wellness located in Raleigh NC.  

As a highly trained clinician in several evidenced-based modalities and several years of experience behind her; She is able to speak on a variety of topics ranging from self-care, self-esteem, mental health stigma, narcissistic abuse, meditation, grief, and more.   Consuela's approach is geared to empower others and to make them feel seen and heard.
