Tim is a Nebraska farmboy who retired from the US Army as a captain after 21 years.  He went on to hold several industrial leadership positions, culminating with plant manager. After industry, he became a published author, a speaker and a life coach. As an athletic coach, he has coached over 5,000 athletes over a span of 45 years.

He to Arpril in1975, they have three children, 12 grandchildren and a great grandson. Tim has used his experience to write and speak  on topics such as leadership, the power of gratitude, conflict resolution, and teamwork.

Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a commitment to service, both in military and civilian life. He has received numerous awards and recognition for his contributions to his community and to his country.  Tim is listed in the 2022 edition of Marquis Who's Who in America for his coaching.
