Christine started her first Training Company in 1996 but has spent 40 years in learning & development; she started her second business in 2001 which, with a community agenda, exists to encourage, help and motivate entrepreneurs, particularly women, into business.  The last 20 years she has been working in Europe with partners from Spain, Italy, Germany, Turkey, France, Netherlands, Finland, Romania, Bulgaria, to name but a few. She has completed projects on leadership, business development, empowerment & innovation for women, disability rights, civil society, health, training & education, active citizenship.  She is also interested in knowledge exchange, inter-generational learning & youth issues..

  • Professional consultant delivering the enablement of the “inclusive” approach in line with “inspiring and enabling business to compete with the best” through focusing on relationships – leadership, community, stakeholder, employee, customer and suppliers.
  • Adopts “trouble shooting role for learning which has not met organisational requirements, identifies best practice, action plans & focuses the strategy to a 5-year plan.
  • Supports private, public, and third sector organisations by the development of best practice/best value models.
