Charissa Cheong is a transformational coach and portrait storyteller with a background in sustainability and human development. Her early career in environmental projects at UNDP shaped her belief that meaningful change begins within individuals before it scales into systems. Infact, the motto of the specific program she worked on was “Community Action – Global Impact” embodying the principle of “thinking globally, acting locally.

Having lived and worked across multiple countries and cultures, Charissa brings a cross-cultural, systems-level lens to leadership and growth. Since 2017, she has also served in a strategic board-level role as a Director for a logistics organization in Guyana, one of the fastest-growing economies in the world, grounding her work in real-world governance and business execution.

Charissa integrates emotional intelligence, business clarity and ethical AI into leadership strategy.
