Carrie Rickert is an author and the founder and CEO of Nomis Advisors, a management consultancy firm in Stevensville, MD. Carrie has worked with hundreds of companies to strategically develop programs to initiate change. Additionally, Carrie is a trauma survivor and an expert on navigating catalytic circumstances. Carrie speaks to organizations and corporations on DEI: incorporating neurodiversity into the workplace, as well as gives inspirational talks on transformation after trauma - personally and professionally.
