With a rich background spanning over three decades of executive coaching, leadership, and international speaking, Carmen has served as President of Intentionality LLC since 2003. Her career has also encompassed serving as an Executive Coach at PWC and Facebook, as a faculty member and Program Director at Adler Graduate School and the University of Minnesota, and as the Director of Career Services at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls.
