More than 40 years ago, as a schoolboy with low self-esteem, I found confidence through daily discipline—training for track and cross-country. That journey taught me a lifelong lesson: small, consistent habits create lasting success.
My academic background includes a postgraduate certificate in Clinical Psychology and a deep fascination with the ideas of Carl Jung.
Over time, I realized that life is a series of dances — a constant interplay what we do today and the future we are creating. Experiencing these dances in my life taught me about the amazing gifts of finding the Way forward and about making good life choices and decisions. And the answers will be unique to you, whilst contributing to finding the value for your uniqueness.
Today, as a speaker, I share these insights to inspire audiences to develop habits that foster resilience, motivation, and well-being. My talks blend practical tips, personal stories, and thought-provoking ideas to help others navigate their own journey.
