The Sleep Guru

My sleep(less) journey began when I went 4.5 days without sleep during an army bootcamp. It cracked my ego and was a spiritual awakening. Unfortunately, my military experience left me with Post-Traumatic Stress, Sleep Bruxism (teeth grinding), and bouts of Insomnia.

Then, I straddled two worlds working as a Professional Engineer in the corporate world, and attending retreats with spiritual teachers like Eckhart Tolle, Adyashanti, and Ramesh Balsekar (in India).  I was able to resolve and integrate the trauma waking me up at night, and found the peace that passes all understanding. 

Finally, I was free to rest in deep, restorative sleep. 

In 2008, I left the corporate world and became a Registered Yoga Teacher and Meditation Teacher. After class, some of my students told me that they were getting "the best sleep of their lives". A light-bulb went off: I can help people with a Body, Mind, Spirit approach to sleep!

Since then I’ve taught over 25,000 people how to de-stress and sleep better using yoga, breathing, and meditation tools and techniques. 

I bring the science & spirituality of sleep together to help you finally understand the root cause of your sleep problems, and provide the practical tools & techniques to get the deep restorative sleep you crave.
