Bio

Brad Pitzele knows what it’s like to be sick and running out of answers. After years navigating diagnoses—including autoimmune arthritis, melanoma, and Lyme disease—he began rebuilding his health by focusing on mitochondrial function using oxygen therapy and red light therapy, at a time when he was struggling to walk.

He put his engineering degree to work, building his first systems to help with his own recovery. That personal transformation became a mission: Helping people recover their health and improve their performance by optimizing their mitochondrial function.Today Brad educates people around the world on mitochondria health, microcirculation, detoxification, and cellular energy production, along with oxygen therapy, red light therapy as tools to improve recovery, performance, and long-term health. His passion is bringing forward the science and the solutions he searched for during his most difficult years and seeing meaningful change in people’s quality of life.

Why do Lyme treatments stop working? Hypoxia, Mitochondria, and Rebuilding the Capacity to Heal

In Why Lyme Treatments Stop Working, Brad Pitzele explains how impaired microcirculation, reduced oxygen delivery, mitochondrial dysfunction, inflammation, and immune stress can reinforce one another in a self-perpetuating “Doom Loop.” Drawing from his own Lyme and Bartonella recovery experience, he shows how improving circulation and oxygen delivery with Exercise With Oxygen Therapy (EWOT), combined with red light therapy, may help rebuild the body’s capacity to produce energy, clear metabolic waste, support immune function, and recover more effectively. The presentation also compares EWOT with hyperbaric oxygen therapy and addresses common concerns such as Babesia and oxygen use.
