Bio

Consistently, across industries, there are 5 pillars that enable great leadership.

Bill found these pillars from great leaders in fine dining, racing, military supply chains, and emergency response. He then brought them to Silicon Valley software teams and consistently delivered "impossible" projects for startups, mid-sized companies, and even Google.

After 20 years of peers and executives asking how his teams delivered their results, he documented and began training the 40% Better system.

Bill started his Silicon Valley journey with crippling social anxiety, nominal computer experience, no contacts, and no bachelors degree.

Along the way, he learned to code in multiple languages, grew a substantial network, and overcame his social anxiety. He also decided the degree wouldn't help.

Bill believes that happy employees are also high performing employees. He repeatedly saw that team leads had the most leverage to improve employee happiness. He likes the execs but firmly believes that the best ROI in a company is to help the team leads operate better.

Bills approach is behavioral, logical, neuro-science informed, and rigorously tested.

It's also easy for anyone to learn.
