Ashley Stallings, MA, is a speaker, trainer, and the founder and executive director of a Child Advocacy Center. A role she has held with deep dedication for over a decade. Every day, she works alongside the professionals who show up for the most vulnerable families in our communities: social workers, therapists, educators, and child welfare advocates who carry enormous weight in service of others.
What Ashley knows from ten years on the frontlines is this: helpers can only give what they have, and when they are burning out, the people who need them most are left without. That truth drives everything she does.
Through her platform Audibly Ashley, she delivers transformative training on child maltreatment prevention, trauma-informed care, and burnout recovery, equipping helping professionals not just to survive their work, but to sustain it. Her sessions blend research-grounded frameworks with the kind of honest, human conversation that reminds professionals why they answered the call in the first place.
Ashley has spoken at conferences and events regionally, statewide, and nationally, including the Idaho Children's Trust Fund conference. She holds a Master of Arts degree and brings the unique perspective of someone who leads on the ground while simultaneously teaching others to lead well.
If your audience serves children, families, or communities, and if the people in those roles deserve to be seen, supported, and sustained, Ashley Stallings is the voice your stage needs.
