Dr. Ashlee Boothe, a Baylor University alum, serves as an adjunct instructor at Texas A&M International University. She is the founder of AB Consulting for new teachers, with 15 years of experience in education. She is the author of The Model Classroom Approach and The Model Classroom Approach: The Workbook Companion. Dr. Boothe has served in a variety of roles such as teacher, assistant principal, principal, curriculum director, and most recently, state and federal programs coordinator.

Dr. Boothe understands first hand the struggles of working as a new teacher, while working in an alternative certification program. Dr. Boothe helps new teachers navigate teacher certification in Texas, while becoming confident in classroom management, time management, content knowledge, work-life balance, and more.
