Aradhana Aggarwal, CPA is a founding member of Aradhana Aggarwal CPA, PLLC. She has more than 20 years of experience in financial and business consulting, personal and business taxes, auditing, advisory services and strategic business planning. Aradhana is dedicated to helping clients achieve business success by helping them establish practical and sound financial and internal control processes. Focused on services for individuals as well as small to medium sized businesses, she is committed to delivering tax, attestation (compilation, review and audit) and financial services that meet each client’s unique objectives. In addition, Aradhana also provides fractional and interim CFO and controller solutions. Throughout her professional career, she has sought to expand her initial background in finance and accounting to encompass other skill sets that have included human resources, operations management, system design, database management, strategic planning and other related fields.

In her full-time and consulting roles before starting her own CPA practice, Aradhana offered broad management and strategic advisory services to the management team at many small, mid-size and publicly traded companies. Her full-time and consulting roles include CFO at CSC, interim CFO at Make-A-Wish, Director of Finance at University of Pennsylvania and Financial and Strategic Consultant at big tech giants like Cisco and IBM.

Aradhana is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in North Carolina and Virginia and is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She attended Wharton School of Business for executive and management education. She is also a Chartered Accountant from India. As a founding member of the U.S. Chapter of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Aradhana has served as its chairperson and executive board member and remains a member of the national and local ICAI chapters. She has also served as chairperson of the advisory board of Veterinary Management Group. She has delivered many talks in the USA and internationally. Aradhana is frequently featured on TV channels, as well as a variety of podcasts. She enjoys speaking opportunities including key note speeches to organizations and non-profits, both in person and globally.
