Annette is an award-winning, Influential Role Model and Mentor and an accomplished author. She uses her personal and professional experiences to transform and empower the lives of women and young people in many sectors. Her books include “ Say Yes To New Opportunities, Be Motivated to L.E.A.R.N.” and “Spread Your Wings and Soar As A Champion." 

She is an inspirational and motivational speaker and educator with over 35 years of experience in secondary schools, including middle and senior leadership roles. Despite having a successful career, she became disillusioned, which resulted in burnout. She speaks about her journey back from this experience, as she realises others are in a similar position.
