There are far too many reasons to be unhappy in the world today; crime, poverty, war, famine, pandemics, mental health crises, before we even through in cost of living hell that a lot of people are going through!

Andy would love to rid the world of as much unhappiness as possible. He's not a billionaire, so can't be an eccentric philanthropist (unfortunately!) and he doesn't have Tony Stark's genius (unfortunately!).

What he does though is a gift for helping workplaces to become fulfilling, thriving, places to be. Depending on the metrics used, people spend between 25% and 65% of their lives working - which is a huge amount of time. If the workplace is a miserable place to be, it's far easier to see the reasons to be miserable, rather than the things that bring us joy.

But, when people feel fulfilled at work, and that they're thriving, they become happier. As the people say, a happy workforce breeds a successful business. When people are happy at work, they go home happy. It then becomes far easier to the joy in the world.

Andy would like to make as many businesses as happier as can be, therefore have a compound effect that makes the world a happier place also.
