André Vasconcellos holds degrees in Business Administration and Accounting from IBMEC/RJ, where he received three Academic Excellence Awards and the "Magna Cum Laude" Academic Award. He specializes in Corporate Law and Capital Markets from FGV/Rio and is pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration from PUC/Rio.
He was the Statutory Director of Strategy, Planning and Investor Relations at Fictor Alimentos S/A (B3: FICT3) from December 2024 to January 2026, being responsible for the company's "Reverse IPO". He is an ambassador for the Treasury Direct Financial Education Olympics (OLITEF), an initiative of the National Treasury Secretariat and B3 S/A (Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão) with the support of the Ministry of Education (MEC).
He has published scientific articles in Brazil and abroad, including "Proposal for a Management Excellence Model" at the VIII World Congress of Administration; he is co-author of books such as "Brazil S/A - Guide to Accessing the Capital Market" (2nd and 3rd editions), "Cryptoassets, Tokenization, Blockchain and Metaverse - Philosophical, Technological, Legal and Economic Aspects" (1st edition) and "Extraordinary Stories from the Corporate World" (volume 10); and a member of the steering committee of the book "Success Stories - Women on the Board" (volume 01).
He is an MBA professor at Trevisan Business School, and coordinator of the postgraduate courses in "Law and Capital Markets" at Verbo Jurídico and in "Investor Relations and Corporate Governance" at Galícia Educação. He is a columnist for the "Faria Lima Journal" and "IR Magazine". Author of opinion articles in various economic and financial media outlets, both in Brazil and abroad, such as "Valor Econômico", "Época Negócios", "Investing.Com", "Capital Aberto", "Monitor do Mercado", "Estadão", "ConJur", "Revista RI" and "Empresas e Negócios"; member of the Editorial Boards of "Revista RI" and "IR Magazine"; and Member of the Alumni Council of the Faculty of Economics and Finance (IBMEC). In 2024, he was elected by the "RH pra Você" portal as 'One of the 20 Brazilians to follow on LinkedIn'.
