André Vasconcellos holds degrees in Business Administration and Accounting from IBMEC/RJ, where he received three Academic Excellence Awards and the "Magna Cum Laude" Academic Award. He specializes in Corporate Law and Capital Markets from FGV/Rio and is pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration from PUC/Rio.

He is currently the Statutory Director of Strategy, Planning, and Investor Relations at Fictor Alimentos S/A (B3: FICT3), headquartered in São Paulo, which celebrated its opening on November 5, 2024. He is an ambassador for the Direct Treasury Olympics for Financial Education (OLITEF), organized by the National Treasury Secretariat and B3 S/A (Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão) with support from the Ministry of Education (MEC).
