Aly is an an assistant professor and pregnancy and postpartum corrective exercise specialist. She helps women modify movements to heal pelvic floor dysfunction, leaking, prolapse, and to correct core dysfunction and diastasis recti. Aly also guides women through prenatal exercise and postpartum return to exercise.
