Aaron Hale is a keynote speaker, blind and deaf U.S. Army EOD veteran, and ultra-endurance athlete who helps leaders and teams build resilience and perform under pressure. After an IED blast damaged his vision in Afghanistan and bacterial meningitis later took most of his hearing, Aaron rebuilt his life through entrepreneurship, endurance challenges, and leadership development.
Aaron became the first deafblind athlete to complete the Badwater 135 and later ran 204 miles from the African coast to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro, making history once again. Drawing from these experiences, he delivers practical strategies on resilience, adaptability, and leadership in high-stakes environments.
Aaron speaks to corporate teams, leadership groups, and organizations seeking to strengthen performance, overcome adversity, and create lasting impact.
