The Coaching Client Attraction Summit is designed for coaches, therapists, and practitioners, who are eager to expand their business and attract more coaching clients.
We are seeking dynamic speakers who specialize in various aspects of acquiring coaching clients to inspire and educate our audience.

About the event
- The Coaching Client Attraction Summit is a public event that’s completely free to attend. Because we’re not charging for tickets, we have a limited marketing budget and are therefore looking for partners to share their content and promote the event to their audiences.
- VIP Ticket Upgrades: The speaker sessions of the event are free to attend; a VIP upgrade will be available for $27/$37/$47 that entitles the ticket holders to attend event Masterclasses, Workshops, and receive access to event recordings and VIP gifts from the speakers.
- Dates: April 9th to 26th, 2026, on 3 consecutive Thursdays + up to 3-days of recorded speakers.
- Live dates: April 9th, April 16th, and April 23rd, all from 11 AM to 6 PM Eastern / 8 AM to 3 PM Pacific
- Recorded dates: April 24th to April 26th - up to 3 days of recorded presentations/interviews.
- Masterclasses / Workshops: After each LIVE day we're hosting a masterclass and a workshop to help our audience on their journey to build solid lead generation and internal systems for their business. VIP ticket holders will be eligible to attend, and the masterclass recordings will be included in the VIP ticket.
- Format: Zoom Meeting mode where speakers either perform live with a presentation or Interview, or supply a prerecorded presentation or interview on a topic that will benefit our audience.
- Audience: Coaches, therapists and practitioners eager to grow their businesses and client base.
- Session Length: Each session is 45 minutes, including time for introductions, your talk, and audience Q&A.
- Opportunity: Connect with a highly targeted niche of motivated coaches, therapists and practitioners as potential clients.
Partner guidelines
- In total we have 21 LIVE speaking opportunities available.
- Relevance: Ensure your presentation aligns with the theme of the event and is directly relevant to solopreneurs.
- Content: Focus on delivering valuable content with minimal self-promotion. Introduce yourself briefly and then dive into teaching key concepts, strategies, or tactics.
- Promotion: Promote the event to your email and social media followers. We will provide you with promotional graphics, copy, and a personalized link. Ideal promotional times are:
- 1-2 weeks before the event
- 1-2 days before the event
- The day before your talk
- Restrictions: No promotion of paid offers or affiliate links during your presentation. Any links provided to the audience must be pre-approved. You may offer a free gift to the audience to grow your list. You cannot provide a calendar appointment/meeting as your gift or VIP gift, unless you are offering it as a paid engagement on your homepage. Your VIP gift cannot be a free trial with a paid upgrade, nor can it ask for credit card details. It must be provided free of charge without any conditions.

- Our Promotion Efforts: We actively promote to our community and typically add hundreds of registrants from our own efforts.
Affiliate Partners
We are looking for affiliate partners - if you are not speaking at the event, you can still promote and make affiliate commissions.
We offer 50% commission on the VIP ticket price of $27/$37/$47 and 10% commissions on upsells, which could be as much as $1200 in commissions per sale.
Refundable Speaker Deposit
At our last event we brought over 200 of our own audience as registrants, and during the event we had around 60 people in the audience. This is a highly motivated audience, very targeted, and many are seeking solutions for their challenges.
Unfortunately, we’ve learned a tough lesson from past events: a few speakers will promise to promote but fail to do so, which impacts the energy and attendance for everyone.
We may therefore ask for a fully refundable $97 deposit.
It is not a "pay-to-speak" fee. Think of it as a professional handshake—a commitment to our mutual success. It ensures we partner exclusively with speakers who are as "all-in" as we are, which in turn guarantees a more engaged, excited, and larger audience for you to share your message with.
You get a full refund of the deposit if you get more than 25 registrants for the event. You will receive a partial refund of $25 if you get 15 or more registrants for the event.
If you have not paid a deposit and fail to achieve the promotion requirements, then there will be a $97 fee due the day before your session.
Note - if you supply a prerecorded presentation then the deposit is $47, with a full refund if you get 15 registrants for the summit.
Why We Require Promotion
As we are not charging the audience to attend, there isn't a budget to promote the event using ads.
We are bringing a significant portion of our own audience to the summit, but the event is most successful when all speakers actively promote it. By sharing the event with your network, you help increase overall attendance and engagement, which benefits everyone involved.
As a speaker, you have an excellent opportunity to reach your target audience for free, provided you participate fully in promoting the summit. If you choose not to promote, or cannot reach the minimum requirement, you will not receive a refund of the deposit.
Leaderboard Prizes
- The top promoter will get a solo email to our list of over 15,000 subscribers, promoting a free replay and your gift.
- The next two promoters will be featured in newsletters to our 15,000 subscribers, promoting free replays and your gifts.
- Additionally the top 5 on the leaderboard can promote one event, including a webinar, in our ‘Speaker Connections’ Facebook group with 17,000 members.
- Note: to qualify for a leaderboard prize you must have more than 25 registrants.
