About the Event

The RISE INTO PURPOSE SUmmit is a public event that's free to attend. Because we're not charging for tickets, we have a limited marketing budget and are therefore looking for partners to share their content and promote the event to their audiences.

Date: March 18-20, 2025 (Wednesday through Friday)

Time: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM Pacific / 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern

Format: Zoom Meeting mode where speakers either perform live with a presentation or supply a prerecorded presentation on a topic that will benefit our audience

Audience: Experienced entrepreneurs, professionals, experts, and authors who know they're not done, want to create more impacts, and need to get the branding right

Session Length: Each session is 45 minutes, including time for introductions, your talk, and audience Q&A

Opportunity: Connect with a highly targeted audience of motivated professionals and potential clients who are actively seeking guidance to evolve their brands and accelerate their impacts

Speaker Guidelines

In total we have 25 speaking opportunities available.

Content Requirements

Relevance: Ensure you align your presentation with the theme of the Summit and make it directly relevant to experienced professionals seeking brand clarity and purpose alignment.

Content: Focus on delivering valuable content with minimal self-promotion. Introduce yourself briefly and then dive into teaching key concepts, strategies, or tactics. Share your guideposts and wisdom nuggets that can genuinely transform how attendees approach their business and life.

Authenticity: We're building a Summit rooted in integrity. Your presentation should come from your genuine expertise and lived experience. Our audience values substance over flash and can recognize the real thing.

Promotion Requirements

Promote the event to your email and social media followers. We'll provide you with promotional graphics, copy, and a personalized tracking link.

Ideal promotional times are:

• 1-2 weeks before the event
• 1-2 days before the event
• The day before your talk

Restrictions

• No promotion of paid offers or affiliate links during your presentation
• Any links provided to the audience must be pre-approved
• You may offer a free gift to the audience to grow your list
• You cannot provide a calendar appointment or meeting as your gift or VIP gift unless you're offering it as a paid engagement on your website
• Your VIP gift cannot be a free trial with a paid upgrade, nor can it ask for credit card details
• All gifts must be provided free of charge without conditions

Participation Requirements

It's free to speak if you follow the speaker guidelines and secure at least 25 registrants for the Summit using your promoter link.

Why We Require Promotion

Since we're not charging the audience to attend, there isn't a budget to promote the event using paid advertising. We're bringing a significant portion of our own audience to the Summit, but the event is most successful when all speakers actively promote it.

By sharing the event with your network, you help increase overall attendance and engagement, which benefits everyone involved. As a speaker, you have an excellent opportunity to reach your target audience at no cost, provided you participate fully in promoting the Summit.

Our Promotion Efforts

We actively promote to our community and typically add hundreds of registrants from our own efforts. Rich Kozak's 49 years of brand-building experience and established network contribute significantly to Summit attendance.

Refundable Speaker Deposit

At previous events, we've brought hundreds of our own audience as registrants, and during events we typically have strong live attendance. This is a highly motivated audience, very targeted, and many are actively seeking solutions for their brand clarity challenges.

We've learned from past events that a few speakers will promise to promote but fail to do so, which impacts the energy and attendance for everyone.

This fully refundable $97 deposit is our solution.

This is not a "pay-to-speak" fee. Think of it as a professional commitment to our mutual success. It ensures we partner exclusively with speakers who are as invested as we are, which in turn guarantees a more engaged, excited, and larger audience for you to share your message with.

Refund Structure:

• Full refund ($97) if you secure more than 25 registrants for the event
• Partial refund ($25) if you secure 15 or more registrants for the event

For prerecorded presentations: The deposit is $47, with a full refund if you get 15 registrants for the Summit.

Leaderboard Prizes

We celebrate speakers who go above and beyond in promoting the Summit!

• Top Promoter: Solo email promoting you to our subscriber list
• Second and Third Place: Featured in a joint email to our subscriber list

Note: To qualify for a leaderboard prize, you must have more than 25 registrants.

Gift and VIP Gift Opportunities

During the event, we feature your:

• Free Gift: Something valuable you offer to all attendees to grow your list
• VIP Gift: For VIP ticket buyers only. This must be something you've previously charged money for, so it has real value. It cannot be offered for free on your website, as it then counts as a free gift.
