The Energy Boosting Morning Routine is a practical, science-informed presentation designed for busy women who feel tired, rushed, and burnt out before the day begins. Ellie Hyvonen explores why modern mornings drain energy—through poor sleep habits, screen overload, caffeine dependence, decision fatigue, and lack of grounding—and how stress impacts the body beyond just mindset. Attendees learn a simple, sustainable morning framework focused on sleep rhythms, nourishment, movement, and emotional anchoring. Rather than adding pressure, this routine emphasizes small habits that restore energy, clarity, and resilience, helping participants show up more present, focused, and in control of their day.
