🎙️ Call for Speakers: The Midlife Reinvention Summit – Spring 2026
Redefine What’s Possible in the Second Half of Life
Are you a coach, expert, author, or storyteller helping people rediscover themselves in midlife?
Do you have a message, perspective, or experience that can support others in living more fully, boldly, and intentionally after 40?
We’re thrilled to announce the Midlife Reinvention Summit – Spring 2026, and we’re officially inviting speaker applications for this inaugural, virtual event.
This is your opportunity to connect with a global audience of midlifers who are ready to reimagine what’s next — and reinvention is the theme that ties it all together.
About the Summit
The Midlife Reinvention Summit ignites the courage to pursue what genuinely matters. We help our audience transform self-doubt into action, regret into possibility, and the years ahead into your most purposeful chapter yet. Because the question isn't how much time you have left, but what you'll do with the gift of now.
The Midlife Reinvention Summit is a seasonal virtual event designed to help people at midlife navigate change, reclaim their energy, explore new paths, and deepen their sense of purpose.
The Spring 2026 summit is the first in a recurring series and will focus on the season’s theme: Awaken & Renew — a call to refresh, realign, and reimagine.
Our goal is to present three days of powerful, inspiring talks and interviews from transformational thinkers, coaches, practitioners, and real-life reinvention stories.
Each day will focus on a core area of midlife growth:
- Health, Wellness + Energy
- Money, Career + Purpose
- Lifestyle, Love, Relationships + Travel
We’re curating conversations that feel honest, hopeful, seasoned with real-life wisdom — and most of all, deeply human and relatable.
Why Spring? Why Now?
Spring is symbolic of fresh starts, energy shifts, clarity, and planting seeds for something new.
Your talk or interview might reflect on ideas such as:
- Resetting the body and mind after burnout
- Making peace with menopause or hormone changes
- Changing careers or launching something brand new at 45 or 60… or beyond!
- Leaving behind old definitions of success or identity
- Rediscovering pleasure, intimacy, creativity, or travel
- Designing a life that aligns with this next season of YOU
Whatever your topic, if it helps people break free from limitation, step into clarity, or move forward with confidence, we want to hear from you.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking speakers who:
- Support growth, transformation, and agency in midlife and beyond
- Bring fresh perspectives, stories, tools, or truths
- Represent diverse voices and experiences — age, culture, gender, relationship status, identity, and worldview
- Are passionate about helping others take empowered action in their lives
Ideal speakers may be:
- Midlife coaches or mentors
- Health or hormone specialists focused on 40+
- Financial or career experts guiding second-act transitions
- Entrepreneurs, therapists, or authors with powerful reinvention stories
- Relationship, energy, or lifestyle experts who help people thrive after 40
What to Expect as a Speaker
The Spring 2026 summit will feature a mix of live and recorded presentations or interviews.
For live sessions, your choices are:
- A 20 minute solo talk on your selected reinvention topic, or
- A 20 minute interview session, where we explore your perspective and story.
For recorded sessions, your choices are to do a solo talk or an interview. Your solo talk can be 20 - 45 minutes, and if you're doing an interview, around 20 minutes.
A Movement, Not Just a Moment
While our focus is currently on building this very first summit, it’s worth noting: the Midlife Reinvention Summitwill return throughout the year, offering seasonal editions that reflect the themes of growth, depth, boldness, and restoration.
By participating in this first summit, you’ll also be considered for upcoming editions:
- Summer - Thrive & Shine
- Autumn - Reflect & Refocus
- Winter - Restore & Reimagine
Each with the same core pillars, tailored with a new energy and flavour.
As a speaker, we kindly ask that you actively commit to promoting the summit in the lead-up to the event.
We are thrilled to bring you to our stage and showcase your message - and we believe success is strongest when it’s shared. While we'll take on the main responsibility of hosting and running the summit, we see promotion as a partnership between us and you, the speaker.
Once you provide your headshot, bio, and talk title, we’ll equip you with everything you need — including swipe copy for your email list and social media, plus graphics and promo links. When everyone promotes, it’s a win-win for all… and most importantly, we want you to win.
If you don’t feel able to participate in actively sharing the event with your audience, that’s absolutely okay - but in fairness to our goals and community, this probably isn’t the right fit for you at this time. We’re building something collaborative, and we’d love for you to be part of it in a way that supports everyone’s success.
How to Apply
If you have a message for this moment - a spark of truth, education, or encouragement that can help someone courageously face their next chapter - we want to hear from you.
All speakers will be selected based on alignment, clarity of topic, and overall diversity of voices across the event.
This is more than an event - it’s the start of a movement.
Let’s transform the conversation around midlife, and help people step into the most liberated, joyful, meaningful season of their lives.

Launch a New You from the StageChris Hanlon The Compelling CommunicatorEvery year, I have coached a new batch of TEDx Speakers. All of them have an opinion, are experts in their field, and have done amazing things. And ALL of them start out the TEDx journey feeling they are not enough, they don't belong with this amazing group of speakers, and worry about what they could say that would be of interest to lay people.
Every year I guide them through a framework, and how a deep narrow slice of that perspective will have real impact with an audience and leave them wanting more. And every year I am thanked for the journey they have been on with their topic and talk.
In this talk I will take you through the stages of this framework to show you what is possible if you want to re-invent yourself from the stage in the coming year.

Letting Go of Old Identities (Who Are You when the Labels No Longer Fit?)Summer Diya Selva Business Strategist & Productivity CoachMidlife often brings quiet but profound identity losses that few people talk about.
My husband is no longer an aerospace engineer and the technical lead he spent decades becoming.
I'm no longer a daughter after my parents passed. We may sell the home that once anchored our sense of stability and choose a life that looks nothing like the one we built before.
In this talk, I explore what happens when the labels that once defined you fall away because life changed. I’ll speak to the disorientation, grief, and freedom that come with these transitions, and offer a grounded framework for rebuilding identity without rushing to replace what was lost.
This session is for anyone standing in the in-between, asking quietly, If I’m no longer who I was, who am I now? And how do I step forward without pretending, performing, or forcing the next chapter?
