• Livestream event on Zoom 

• Solo speaker slots (20 minutes each)

• No pitching from the stage — instead, offer your free resource and connect via the community

• Speakers choose between Track 1 (Rebate) and Track 2 (VIP Revenue Share)

🔥 The Two Speaker Tracks

At Women’s Vision Fest, visibility is earned. Every speaker starts with:

✔ Your name + talk title on the Festival schedule here on Eventraptor

From there, you choose your path:

🌟 Track 1 — Rebate Path

• Pay $197 to secure your spot

• Bring in 12+ registrants by Dec 15 → get $100 rebate (paid Dec 28)

• Earn higher visibility as you grow:

  • Tier 1 (12) → rebate unlocked, community recognition

  • Tier 2 (13–19) → Speaker Card + spotlight features

  • Tier 3 (20+) → Top Promoter badge + invite to lead a VIP session in Feb 2026

💎 Track 2 — VIP Revenue Share

• Pay $197 to secure your spot

• Focus on VIP upgrades instead of free signups

• Earn 60% commission on every VIP you sell via your OfferLab link

  • $28.20 per upgrade (by Dec 15)

  • $58 per upgrade (Dec 16 onwards)
