About the Event
The “Freedom To Scale” Summit is a public virtual event that's free to attend. As we're not charging for tickets, we have a limited marketing budget and are seeking partners willing to share their expertise and promote the event to their audiences.
Date: October 21st to 23rd, 2025
Format: Virtual in Zoom, LIVE presentations focused on practical implementation strategies
Session Length: 45 minutes including Q&A, sharing gifts, etc.
Audience: 6-figure+ business owners and entrepreneurs transitioning from operator to leader
This summit provides an excellent opportunity to connect with business owners actively seeking guidance on building scalable teams and implementing professional HR systems.
Partner Guidelines
Content Relevance: Your presentation should align with our core themes of leadership development, HR implementation, team building, or company culture. Content must be specifically tailored for growing businesses navigating the complexities of team expansion.
Presentation Structure: Keep personal introductions brief and focused. The majority of your presentation should deliver actionable strategies, frameworks, or methodologies our audience can implement immediately.
Promotion Requirements: To maximize reach, speakers must promote the event to their email list and social media followers. We'll provide promotional materials and your unique tracking link. Key promotional windows:
- 2 weeks before event launch
- 5 days pre event
- Day before the event begins
Promotional Guidelines: Direct promotion of paid offers or affiliate links is not permitted. All audience resources must receive prior approval. You may discuss your services and offer a free gift to build your list, then follow up with interested participants separately.
Speaking Fee Policy: Speaking is free when you follow all guidelines and generate at least 25 registrants through your unique link. Non compliance with guidelines or insufficient registrant numbers may result in a speaking fee up to $97, based on total registrations.
