About the event

• Her Money Matters Summit is a public event that’s completely free to attend. Because we’re not charging for tickets, we have a limited marketing budget and are therefore looking for partners to share their content and promote the event to their audiences.
• Date: 11th to 13th March, 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM Eastern / 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM CET
• Format: Zoom Meeting mode where speakers perform live with a presentation.
• Alternatively, you can supply a prerecorded presentation on a topic that will benefit our audience of speakers, and it will be made available in the event dashboard for the audience to watch.
• Audience: Ambitious women entrepreneurs, business professionals, and personal growth seekers looking to elevate their financial mindset, expand their businesses, and integrate holistic practices for sustainable success.
• Session Length: Each session is 45 minutes, including time for introductions, your talk, and audience Q&A.

Partner guidelines

• Relevance: Ensure your presentation aligns with the theme of the event and is directly relevant to the audience.
• Content: Focus on delivering valuable content with minimal self-promotion. Introduce yourself briefly and then dive into teaching key concepts, strategies, or tactics.
• Promotion: Promote the event to your email and social media followers. We will provide you with promotional graphics, copy, and a personalized link. Ideal promotional times are:
  • 1-2 weeks before the event
  • 1-2 days before the event
  • The day before your talk
• Restrictions: No promotion of paid offers or sharing of affiliate links during your presentation. Any links provided to the audience must be pre-approved. You may offer a free gift to the audience to grow your list. You cannot provide a calendar appointment/meeting as your gift or VIP gift, unless you are offering it as a paid engagement on your website.
• Participation Requirements: It is free to speak if you follow the speaker rules and secure at least 25 registrants for the summit using your promoter link. Failure to meet these requirements may incur a speaking fee of up to $147, depending on the number of registrants through your promoter link.

Why We Require You To Promote

This is a free event for the audience with very low revenues generated directly from the summit. We therefore do not have a promotional budget.

By sharing the event with your network, you help increase overall attendance and engagement, which benefits everyone involved.

As a speaker, you have an excellent opportunity to reach your target audience for free, provided you participate in promoting the summit. If you choose not to promote, or cannot reach the minimum requirement, we reserve the right to charge a nominal fee to cover the costs of reaching additional attendees on your behalf. Alternatively, we may decline your participation at the event.
