We are excited to invite speakers like you to deliver actionable, practical solutions on how to foster greater inclusivity for neurodivergent talent in the workplace. Our targeted audience consists of key decision-makers—business leaders, HR professionals, DEI advocates, and ERG groups—who are dedicated to driving meaningful change within their organizations.
This event presents a valuable opportunity for you to engage directly with your target market, share your expertise, and network with other thought leaders who are equally passionate about neuroinclusion.
The summit is scheduled for October 10th, and we would be thrilled to have you join us!
Terms and Conditions:
Speaker Commitment:
- Speakers must commit to delivering a [20-minute] presentation followed by a [15-minute] Q&A session during the summit.
- Speakers are responsible for inviting at least 20 participants from their network, targeting HR professionals, business leaders, DEI advocates, and ERG leaders.
Lead Magnets and Promotion:
- Each speaker agrees to provide two lead magnets (e.g., downloadable resources or consultation offers) that will be shared with attendees during and after the summit.
- The speaker is encouraged to cross-promote the event on their own social media platforms and other channels.
Content Recording and Repurposing:
- By participating in the event, the speaker consents to having their presentation and Q&A session recorded. The Organizer retains the right to use, reproduce, and repurpose these recordings for marketing, promotion, or future events, including social media and other marketing platforms.
- The Organizer also reserves the right to use speaker content for promotional purposes, while crediting the speaker appropriately.
Compensation:
- The event is an unpaid speaking opportunity. However, speakers benefit from direct exposure to key decision-makers, enhanced visibility within their industry, and the potential to generate leads for their services.
Cancellation and Substitution:
- Should the speaker need to cancel their participation, they must notify the Organizer in writing at least 14 days prior to the event. Failure to do so may result in exclusion from future events hosted by the Organizer.
- The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event at any time. In the event of cancellation, the Organizer will notify the speaker as soon as possible.
Technical Requirements:
- The speaker is responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection, a functioning webcam, microphone, and any necessary equipment to participate in the event.
- The Organizer will coordinate a technical check to ensure the presentation proceeds smoothly.
