We all get frustrated when we run into a tech issue. We stop in our tracks and it can really derail our forward progress. And we feel so alone and discouraged. Well, some of us get energized because they love solving these problems … I think more of us just feel confused and defeated.

And once we learn how to resolve that issue, it seems so simple to us … usually … while it's still a black box for others … so gradually we even become an ‘expert’ in the eyes of others.
