• Session length is approximately 25 minutes total
• Day 1 and 2 are live virtual with high quality recording and replay
• Day 3 is for pre-recorded sessions if the dates don't fit your attendance but you can promote
• Sessions are primarily training focused

This summit is a collaboration between the host and every speaker. To create a powerful experience for attendees and strong results for everyone, we ask that speakers

• Promote the event with
  • Up to three solo style emails to your list ideally one to three weeks before the summit start
    (the goal is 25 registrations if you do that in 1 send - you are done)
  • At least two social media posts on your primary platforms
• Share during the main promotional window
  
  • A reminder on or near your speaking day
• Aim for a minimum of 25 registrations through your personal tracking link
  • We provide custom graphics, swipe copy, and tracking links to make this easy

Our goal is to make promotion feel aligned and simple while honoring the shared commitment to filling the event with high-quality women who will benefit from your work.

Free gifts and VIP contribution structure

Speaker gift for all attendees

Each speaker provides a paid resource offered as a gift for summit participants. This must

• Deliver real, tangible value that supports your topic area
• Not be a free discovery call, calendar booking, or trial that requires a credit card
• Help attendees experience your work in a meaningful way with or without purchasing more

VIP upgrade gift for paid participants

You are encouraged to also contribute a premium level resource available to VIP or paid registrants. This

• Is normally priced between 200 and 1997
• Positions you as a premium, high value provider
• Gives action takers a deeper way to engage with you
• Also must not be a call booking or trial offer that requests credit card details

By applying to speak you understand and agree that

• Your session will be recorded and will be used for replays
• Recordings will be included in VIP or paid ticket packages
• The host may continue to sell access to the recordings as part of summit replays or related offers
• You retain ownership of your core content while granting the host the right to unlimited use of the recording

Compensation

• There is no direct speaking fee for this event
• The primary value is exposure to a highly qualified, aligned audience plus list growth through your gifts and registrations

Connection and support

• You will be invited to join a speaker only call before the event to review tech, timing, and best practices
• You will receive a speaker guide with all key dates, promotional suggestions, and tech details
• Our team will handle hosting, tech production, and audience management during your session so you can focus on teaching

As a speaker you agree to

• Submit your application and topic details by the stated deadline
• Provide your headshot, bio, and promotional links on time
• Contribute your attendee gift and optional VIP gift details by the requested date
• Participate in a brief pre event call or recording check if needed
• Promote the summit to your community within the agreed promotional window
