About the Summit
The Nurse’s Voice Summit is a nursing-led conversation that shines a light on how health, healing, and well-being work from the inside out—so people don’t have to wait for illness to start living well.
This summit elevates the often-unseen role nurses play in health promotion, prevention, and whole-person wellness—at the bedside, in clinics, and out in families, churches, workplaces, and communities.
Theme
Nursing Beyond the Sick-Care Model
Health promotion. Prevention. Well-being. Whole-person care.
A fresh, grounded lens on health that feels obvious once you see it.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re inviting nurses and nurse coaches who are expanding what’s possible—practically, professionally, and in the real world.
You’re a great fit if you:
-
Help people build healthier lives before crisis hits
-
Use coaching skills, mindset, behavior change, lifestyle medicine, or holistic approaches (without hype)
-
Lead wellness initiatives in your workplace or community
-
Have a program, practice, group, or message that supports sustainable well-being
-
Can share actionable insights and real examples that other nurses will recognize and relate to
Bonus (but not required): you have an audience—an email list, LinkedIn network, colleagues, community, or peers you can personally invite.
Speaker Format
-
15-minute pre-recorded audio talk (MP3)
-
Your speaker page will include your headshot, bio, talk description, and a free gift/opt-in link (optional but recommended).
-
This is designed to be busy-nurse friendly: short, accessible talks people can listen to anytime.
Promotion & Visibility
This summit uses a friendly, “all carrot, no stick” approach:
-
Speakers who promote more are featured earlier and more prominently.
-
If life happens and you can’t promote much, you’re still included—your talk remains available and discoverable, but not actively promoted.
What You Get as a Speaker
-
Visibility with a highly aligned nursing audience
-
Your own speaker page with your gift/opt-in link
-
Social proof, credibility, and connection with other nurse leaders
-
The opportunity to be featured more based on engagement and promotion
Important Fit Notes
We’re aiming for:
-
Holistic without hype
-
Preventive, not reactive
-
Professional, grounded, and practical
-
Content that helps nurses think: “Oh… this could be me.”
Speaker Acceptance and Requirements
If your application is submitted and compete before July 25th, 2026, you can assume that you are accepted, and do not need to wait for confirmation, but that is only the beginning.
That means that you should block off the speaker meetings and participant meetups as soon as you apply. You can also start recording your content.
To be included in the content line up, you must provide a high quality recording on MP3, the message of which delivers value to the audience, not just a pitch. (If your recording is not up to our standards, you will be informed so you may re-record)
To be highlighted in the email reminders, you must promote to bring no less than 10 opt-ins.
If you bring at least 20, you will be included in the collaborative book for the summit.
If you bring at least 40, you will be highlighted twice to the entire audience.
If you fail to promote, your talk will remain in the general content of the summit, but it will not be directly highlighted.
