About Own Your Stage #7
- Event dates: August 8th to August 15th, 2026
- Event opens: 11:00 AM ET / 10:00 AM CT / 8:00 AM PT
- Event closes: 6:00 PM ET / 5:00 PM CT / 3:00 PM PT
- Duration: 8 days
- Format: Recorded summit. All sessions are pre-recorded and attendees watch them on their own schedule. There are no live sessions and no live gathering.
- Your session: Submit a recorded presentation or request an interview. Your presentation should be 20 to 34 minutes long and focused on a topic that directly benefits speakers.
We're especially looking for experts who can teach topics like:
- How to deliver stronger, more engaging presentations
- How to sell more effectively from the stage
- How to land more speaking gigs, podcast interviews, summits, or partnerships
- How to host your own profitable workshops, virtual events, and summits
- How to build authority and become the obvious choice in your niche
- How to create funnels, follow-up systems, and offers that convert speaking into clients
- How to improve confidence, storytelling, messaging, mindset, visibility, or audience connection
- How speakers can grow a business without relying on random referrals or constant content creation
Have a topic speakers would love? Great. We want practical, useful sessions that give attendees real strategies they can use, while also positioning you as a trusted expert.
Speaker and partner guidelines
- Your presentation should be directly relevant to speakers and the theme of the event.
- Please keep your personal introduction short. The main part of your session should focus on teaching key concepts, methodologies, strategies, or tactics.
- You'll be asked to promote the event to your email and social media audience. We'll provide graphics, copy, and a personalized link to make this easy.
- Ideal promotional times are 1 to 2 weeks before the event starts, 1 to 2 days before the event starts, and the day before your talk is featured.
- Your session may be made available for anywhere from 1 to 7 days, depending on your promotion performance. The more you help bring people to the summit, the longer your session stays live in front of the audience.
- You cannot promote paid offers or affiliate links inside your session. You can talk about what you do and offer a free gift to the audience so interested attendees can join your list.
- You cannot promote a calendar link or a call directly in your session or as your gift. You can offer a call on the thank you page after someone registers for your gift or VIP gift.
- It is free to speak if you follow the speaker rules and get at least 25 registrants for the summit using your promoter link. If you do not follow the rules or do not get sufficient registrants through your link, there will be a speaking fee of up to $147, depending on the number of registrants.
Monetization opportunities
During the event, we'll encourage attendees to take several actions, which may include creating a free speaker profile in EventRaptor, purchasing a VIP pass for lifetime access to the recordings, exploring our CRM and event management system, or learning more about our Coaching Client Attraction System.
