About The Event

• Cost: The Summit is a public event that’s completely free to attend. We will be offering a VIP ticket for those who want access to the recorded sessions and the VIP Post-Event Mastermind along with the additional VIP perks offered.
• Date: February 18, 19, and 20, 2025, 11 AM to 4 PM Eastern / 8 AM to 1 PM Pacific
• Format: Pre-recorded training or interview style with Christie as the interviewer.
• Audience: Entrepreneurs and Industry Leaders who are feeling the struggle, and looking for solutions.
• Session Length: Each session is 25 minutes, including time for introductions, your talk, and audience Q&A.
• Opportunity: Connect with a highly targeted niche of motivated solopreneurs and potential clients.

Contributor Guidelines

• Relevance: Ensure your presentation aligns with the theme of the event and is directly relevant to  Entrepreneurs and Industry Leaders.
• Content: Focus on delivering valuable content with minimal self-promotion. Introduce yourself briefly and then dive into teaching key concepts, strategies, or tactics.
• Promotion: Promote the event to your email and social media followers. We will provide you with promotional graphics, copy, and a personalized link. Ideal promotional times are:
  • 1-2 weeks before the event
  • 2-3 days before the event
  • The day before your talk
• Restrictions: No promotion of paid offers or sharing of affiliate links during your presentation. Any links provided to the audience must be pre-approved. You may offer a free gift to the audience to grow your list. You cannot provide a calendar appointment/meeting as your gift or VIP gift.
• Participation Requirements: It is free to speak if you follow the speaker rules and secure at least 25 registrants for the summit using your promoter link. Failure to meet these requirements will incur a speaking fee of $97.

Why We Require You To Promote

By sharing the event with your network, you help increase overall attendance and engagement, which benefits everyone involved. As a speaker, you have an excellent opportunity to reach your target audience for free, provided you participate in promoting the summit. If you choose not to promote, or cannot reach the minimum requirement, we will charge a nominal fee to cover the costs of reaching additional attendees on your behalf. Alternatively, we may decline your participation at the event.

Pre-Event Speaker Meet-Up

In our experience, one of the greatest forms of value our speakers get is the connection with other speakers. They have found clients, vendors, mentors, partners, and friends among their fellow speakers.

To facilitate this, we will be hosting a 90 minute, pre-event speaker meetup. This is not required, but is highly recommended because of the value it will provide for you.

Post-Event VIP Attendee Mastermind

We will be hosting a post-event Mastermind for the VIP Attendees who want to connect with the speakers and other attendees. As a speaker, you will be introduced and positioned as the subject matter experts answering questions, supporting, and building relationships with your target audience.

Legal Stuff

By applying this this event, you are agreeing to the following:

1. Speaker hereby grants to Christie Ruffino and Beautifully Imperfect, LLC the right to use his or her name, voice, appearance, likeness, image, words, participation, and title or professional designation, in whole or in part, in these Recordings and/or compilations and in any correspondence, publicity, advertising, promotional, or other derivative materials based on them. Christie Ruffino and Beautifully Imperfect, LLC has no obligation to make use of the rights granted herein.
2. Speaker hereby grants Christie Ruffino and Beautifully Imperfect, LLC the unconditional and irrevocable right to reproduce the Recording in any format, and to distribute, sell, prepare derivative works, advertise, and publicize the Recordings without compensation to Speaker. Christie Ruffino and Beautifully Imperfect, LLC may edit the Recordings at her discretion. Christie Ruffino and Beautifully Imperfect, LLC shall own the worldwide rights, title, and interest, including copyright in, and to, the Speaker’s Recording. However, the Speaker shall also retain the right to use his or her own Recording for any purpose.
3. Speaker, upon written request to Christie Ruffino and Beautifully Imperfect, LLC, shall be provided with a copy of his or her Recording in electronic format.
4. Speaker agrees to promote the event to their audience by email, social media, or any other method to generate a minimum of 25 opt-ins with a goal of over 50.
5. Speaker is permitted to make a FREE offer during his or her talk.
6. Speaker represents that he or she has the full right, power, and authority to grant this release and to perform all of the provisions thereof. Speaker acknowledges that in the event of a breach or alleged breach with respect to the terms and provisions hereof, that Christie Ruffino and Beautifully Imperfect, LLC shall not take any legal action, but will be very disappointed and will record such breach in the official records.
7. Speaker agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Christie Ruffino and Beautifully Imperfect, LLC from and against all claims, losses, expenses, and liabilities of every kind including reasonable attorney's fees arising out of the inaccuracy or breach of any provision of this Agreement. Speaker expressly releases Christie Ruffino and Beautifully Imperfect, LLC from any and all claims arising out of the use of the material.
8. This release shall be governed in accordance with the State of Illinois law, constitute the entire agreement of the parties, and may be amended only in writing.
    

Refund Policy

All sales are final; We reserve the right to reject your offer if it doesn’t fit the theme of this giveaway. In this case, we will contact you and work with you to choose or craft a different offer so that you can participate. If we determine that your offer is not suitable for the giveaway, we’ll refund your contributor fee.

Your payment and submitted contribution form constitute an agreement to these terms. If you fail to fulfill them, we reserve the right to remove you from the giveaway, at our sole discretion, without notice or refund.
