Welcome to 40 over 40

The 40 over 40 is a dynamic, immersive live experience happening on Mar 8 and 9, 2024 in celebration of International Women's Day. This event is designed for individuals who are ready to elevate their sense of purpose, strengthen relationships, unlock their full potential, and create transformative, next-level lives. We want sessions to inspire participants to uncover their next level life through cultivating self-love, finding balance, discovering purpose, embracing inner peace and more. Our audience primarily consists of individuals who yearn for MORE in various aspects of their lives, including spirituality, career, mental and physical health, money, relationships and emotional fulfillment.  

The event is FREE to register.  Participants with FREE registration can enjoy all sessions live and will also have the opportunity to enjoy recorded session for up to 48hrs after the closing of the event. Participants will have the opportunity to upgrade to VIP for $47CAD prior to the event and $67CAD during and after the event.  

With a VIP upgrade they will enjoy:

• Recordings of speaker sessions for 1 year

Speaker sessions are available in 30-minute or 60-minute slots, which include an interview, Q&A, and the opportunity to share a gift, lead magnet, or complimentary consultation.

2 TYPES OF SPEAKER SESSIONS AVAILABLE:

30 Minute Sessions encompassing an interview, Q&A, and the opportunity to extend a special invitation - Investment: $175 (includes a $100 refundable deposit , which will be returned when at least 15 registrations are made through your affiliate link).

Breakdown of your investment: $100 refundable deposit (with 15 registrations from your affiliate link) and $75 Speaker investment/admin fee 

• Speaker requirement to receive refund of $100 speaker deposit:
  • Promote the summit 10 times (3 times to email lists and 7 or more times to groups, social media platforms etc)
  • Get 15 Registrations from your affiliate link
  • Turn in all of your assets on-time (including your free lead magnet link & a VIP gift link)
  • Show up to your talk and deliver what you promised

60 Minute Sessions (limited spots) encompassing an interview, Q&A, and the opportunity to extend a special invitation - Investment: $575 (includes a $100 refundable deposit, which will be returned when at least 15 registrations are made through your affiliate link).

Breakdown of your investment: $100 refundable deposit (with 15 registrations from your affiliate link) and $475 Speaker investment/admin fee 

• Speaker requirement to receive refund of $100 speaker deposit:
  • same as 30 minute session requirements above
• Benefits of being a 60 min speaker on this summit:
  • All of the same benefits as the 30 minute sessions
  • A 60 minute talk session rather than 30 minute
  • Right to sell from the stage/paid offer to the audience
  • Your talk broadcasted on major Podcast platforms such as Apple and Spotify
  • A feature spot in a post event email showcasing your talk recording and gift to the entire summit list of registrants after the event 
  • A feature spot on Empowered You Coaching's She-Shed Show: A PJ Party with NO Bras, NO B.S. and Real Talk

All Speakers will be required to:

• Watch THIS VIDEO before applying
• Upon approval, please PAY THE REQUIRED DEPOSIT AND SPEAKER FEE HERE. The deposit will be refunded to you after the event, provided you meet the following conditions:
  • Share the event 10 times (3 times via email and at least 7 times on social media)
  • Secure 15 registrations through your affiliate link
• Agree to accept $500CAD from The Pathway to MORE if selected by our VIP cash winner
• Agree to refund the VIP upgrade cost for registrants who engage your paid services within 1 month after the event
• Provide FREE GIFT for live session and post-event giveaway promo to boost your opt-ins
• Provide a VIP Gift valued at approx $300-500 or more for VIP participants  
• arrive 15mins prior to your talk time
• provide all other details in speaker application by deadline of Sept 11.

GIFT GIVEAWAY/OPT-IN OR NEW CONTACT OPPORTUNITIES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

#1.  End of Presentation/Free Gift:  This is a great way for people who attended your talk live to engage with you further.  (eg. Lead Magnet, free worksheets, workbooks, assesments,digital books, free consultations, mediation recording, etc.)

#2.  After Event Gift Free Gift (same gift as above):  This gift is identical to the End of Presentation/Interview Gift. However, about 2-3 weeks after the event, we will send all speaker gift links to every registered participant, regardless of their live attendance. Participants will receive a series of reminder emails to ensure they take advantage of the gifts before they expire. This approach creates urgency and boosts opt-ins, offering a valuable chance to expand your list and attract potential new clients with your outstanding gift offer.

#3.  VIP Upgrade Gift: The event is free to attend live for all participants. However, a VIP upgrade will be available to all registrants. With the VIP upgrade, participants will receive:

• All talk recordings for a year
• Exclusive VIP gifts from all speakers (like you)
• A chance to win $500 to spend with the speaker of their choice
• VIP upgrade credit for services from any speaker within 1 month post-event

This VIP option offers another opportunity for participants to connect with you further, as only those who upgrade will have access to your special VIP gift. We prefer VIP gifts to have a minimum value of $300-500 CAD (Preferably something you have actually sold or will be selling at this price).

MARKETING STRATEGY:

As organizers, we are committed to working closely with our speakers to market the Empowered You Summit. We will promote the event through our mailing lists, social media channels, non-speaker affiliates, and media partners.

Once you sign up and receive your affiliate link, we will provide you with 3 to 5 sample invitation emails and pre-written social media posts (swipe copy) that you can customize for your audience.

To ensure the event's success, active promotion is mandatory for all speakers. We ask that you commit to sharing the event a minimum of 10 times—3 times to your email list and at least 7 times on your social media platforms and groups during the 1-2 weeks leading up to the event (suggested dates and swipe copy will be provided). Your participation in promoting the event is vital and greatly appreciated.

Please note, there is a refundable $100 deposit for 30 minutes and 60 minute speaker spots as well as speaker fees (listed above) required to participate. Upon generating 15 registrations through your affiliate link, we will refund your deposit. The speaker fees and refundable deposit are due once you have been accepted to speak at the event.
