The 40 Over 40 Summit is a live 3-day online event running from March 6-8, 2024, in celebration of International Women’s Day!

This event is all about celebrating women over 40—their wisdom, resilience, and the unique messages within them that are ready to be shared. As I always say, inspired people inspire people, and inspired people change the world—let’s come together to uplift and ignite transformation in others while celebrating our own magic.

Our audience is made up of incredible women looking to step into their next-level life—those who are ready to elevate their sense of purpose, strengthen relationships, unlock their full potential, Co-create community and ignite the inspired energy within themselves that wants to be expressed. We want sessions to inspire participants to connect with a deeper authentic expression of who they are through cultivating self-love & acceptance, uncovering purpose and embracing inner peace. Your insights and experiences could be exactly what they need!

The event is FREE to register for participants.  Participants with FREE registration can enjoy all sessions live and access to FREE gifts shared by speakers at the end of their session. Participants will have the opportunity to upgrade to VIP for $47CAD prior, during and after the event.  

With a VIP upgrade they will enjoy:

SPEAKER CALL-OUT:

We are seeking passionate coaches, mentors, guides, mystics, healers and speakers 40 or older with inspired messages to share with other women wisdom, healing energy and thought-provoking ideas to inspire and uplift the 1500+ attendees we are calling forth worldwide in this 3-day virtual experience. 

The success of this endeavor will require the support of everyone involved to actively contribute in Co-creating this experience together.

SPEAKER SESSIONS AVAILABLE:

30 Minute Sessions encompassing an interview and or presentation, Q&A, and the opportunity to extend a special invitation - Investment: $57 

• Speaker requirements:
  • Promote the summit 10 times (3 times to email lists and 7 or more times to groups, social media platforms etc)
  • Get 15 Registrations from your affiliate link
  • Turn in all of your assets on-time (including your free lead magnet link & a VIP gift link)
  • Show up to your talk and deliver what you promised

• 40 over 40 Summit Speaker Perks and Benefits:

All Speakers will be required to:

• Upon approval, please PAY THE REQUIRED SPEAKER FEE HERE. 
• Share the event with your followers and audience: 
  • Share the event 10 times (3 times via email and at least 7 times on social media)
  • Secure 15 registrations through your affiliate link
• Agree to accept $500CAD from The Pathway to MORE if selected by our VIP cash winner
• Provide FREE GIFT for live session and post-event giveaway promo to boost your opt-ins
• Provide a VIP Gift valued at approx $300-500 or more for VIP participants  
• arrive 15mins prior to your talk time
• provide all other details in speaker application by deadline of Feb 27.

GIFT GIVEAWAY/OPT-IN OR NEW CONTACT OPPORTUNITIES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

#1.  End of Presentation/Free Gift:  This is a great way for people who attended your talk live to engage with you further.  (eg. Lead Magnet, free worksheets, workbooks, assesments,digital books, free consultations, mediation recording, etc.)

#2.  After Event Gift Free Gift (same gift as above):  This gift is identical to the End of Presentation/Interview Gift. However, about 2-3 weeks after the event, we will send all speaker gift links to every registered participant, regardless of their live attendance. Participants will receive a series of reminder emails to ensure they take advantage of the gifts before they expire. This approach creates urgency and boosts opt-ins, offering a valuable chance to expand your list and attract potential new clients with your outstanding gift offer.

#3.  VIP Upgrade Gift: The event is free to attend live for all participants. However, a VIP upgrade will be available to all registrants. With the VIP upgrade, participants will receive:

• All talk recordings for a year
• Exclusive VIP gifts from all speakers (like you)
• A chance to win $500 to spend with the speaker of their choice

This VIP option offers another opportunity for participants to connect with you further, as only those who upgrade will have access to your special VIP gift. We prefer VIP gifts to have a minimum value of $300-500 CAD (Preferably something you have actually sold or will be selling at this price).

MARKETING STRATEGY:

As organizers, we are committed to working closely with our speakers to market the 40 over 40 summit. We will promote the event through our mailing lists, social media channels, non-speaker affiliates, and media partners.

Once you sign up and receive your affiliate link, we will provide you with 3 to 5 sample invitation emails and pre-written social media posts (swipe copy) that you can customize for your audience.

We are bringing together a select group of presenters who are aligned with the integrity of their word and actions.  The success of this endeavor will require the support of everyone involved to actively contribute in Co-creating this experience together.  We are inviting presenters to engage in holding the Vision for casting a net of having 1500+ attendees worldwide over the course of the 3 days so we can amplify an accelerated wave of transformational change for the deeper awakening and empowered expression of all women to support a powerful collective evolution and spread of inspired energy.  T

The small speaker admin fee will support making this a powerful platform for us all and will be due once you have been accepted to speak at the event.
