Welcome to 01 Continuous Improvement & Create Your Message Summit
What we're looking for as we choose speakers for this event:
What we want from you:
- Does your topic fit the summit theme?
- Is your style authentic? We prefer authentic over slick. We'd like you to be relatable.
- It would be great if you have a huge audience intently interested in the summit theme, that you can bring with you. If this is the case, we'll find ways to reward you for extra attendees you bring to the summit.
- If you don't have a huge following, no worries. We would like you to bring attendees who actually show up to the summit.
BY SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION, you agree to the following, if your application is approved:
Presentation
- Provide either a pre-recorded presentation, or schedule an interview with the Summit Organizer, relevant to the audience and the theme of the Event.
- Turn up for your allocated time and present your topic.
- Present for up to 60 minutes.
- Focus on teaching the audience key concepts, methodologies, strategies, or tactics.
Promotion
- Promote the event to your email and social media followers, using your personalized link provided by EventRaptor.
- Adapt suggested promotional materials, including graphics and copy, to your audience.
- Promote 1-2 weeks before the Event, 1-2 days before the Event, and the day before Speaker's presentation.
- Provide an opt in link to a free lead magnet outlining key points of your presentation that will be made available to attendees.

Non-Exclusive Rights
Summit Organizer is granted non-exclusive rights to use the presentation performed by Speaker.
Recorded Presentation Rights
- If presenting live, Speaker agrees that the presentation will be recorded.
- Organizer will have full, unlimited, exclusive rights to use recorded presentations in any manner they choose, whether they are prerecorded or performed live.
Use of Recording
- Organizer may sell, provide for free (privately or publicly), publish on video hosting platforms, or otherwise distribute the recording or any portion of it. Organizer may also transcribe the recording and use the full transcription or excerpts in any context, including training, coaching, teaching, or sharing.
Editing and Formatting
- Organizer reserves the right to edit the recording, add distinguishing watermarks, and/or format the recording as the Organizer sees fit.
Speaker's Copy of Presentation
- Organizer agrees to provide Speaker with a link to their presentation upon request.
Speaker Restrictions
- Speaker may not promote any paid offers, affiliate links, or other products or services during their presentation, unless agreed by the Organizer.
- Unless agreed with the Organizer before the event, Speaker must not invite the audience/listener to any event, meeting, webinar, or social media group.
- Any links provided to the audience must be approved by Organizer before the Event.
We want you to be successful. The rules above are provided to clarify details that will help us both fulfill our roles with the goal of providing a quality experience for summit attendees.
This event is designed to promote clarity and growth as thought leaders and aspiring thought leaders. In this transformative module, participants will delve into their past achievements and evaluate their current position, uncovering the threads that define their journey. They will refine their story and articulate their unique value, crafting a powerful speech that captures the essence of their core message. By the end, they will not only have a clear, compelling outline but also the confidence to communicate their vision with authenticity and impact.

If your application is approved for this event:
NOTE: Your presentation will be provided to participants, and future participants, as a recording. Some speakers may be invited to a live session with participants, but the primary value of your presentation will be as reference material for participants who are serious about increasing their focus and reach this year.
How can your recorded presentation benefit you:
- I suggest the topic of your presentation be something that leads people to your core offer.
- You'll have the opportunity to provide two opt in links: one basic, and one VIP. Because these links will last over time, I suggest these be evergreen links to offers that lead people to your core offer.
- The recording of your presentation will be hosted on a mobile app, accessible from both mobile devices and web browsers. You'll receive a link to your presentation that you can use in your own promotional campaigns.
- Your photo and presentation title will be listed on the public promotional page for this event.
- Beyond participants in this thought leader series, select members of the mobile app will also have access to your presentation and opt in links, so the intention is you may receive traffic over time.
- Think long term if you want your presentation to continue working for you. Evergreen offers and opt in links that are current over time may benefit you long term.
